Mitsubishi Fuso exhibited its new Super Great and Canter Eco Hybrid at Eco Car World in Japan Date Created: 15 Jun 2010

Mitsubishi Fuso exhibited two ecologically friendly vehicles at the event which was held in Red Brick Warehouse Park, Yokohama, Japan in June 5th and 6th: New "Super Great", heavy-duty truck and its eco-friendly low emission "Canter Eco Hybrid", light-duty truck which meet the word's most stringent emissions regulation "2009 Japan New Long-Term Emission Regulation." Super Great has just launched in Japan since April. Some of you may remember that Canter Eco Hybrid has been sold internationally, such as in England, Australia and Hong Kong, as well as domestically. This event demonstrated / exhibited domestic low emission vehicles, environment-related technologies, and other various environmental protection activities. 70 companies and organizations, total of a highest number ever 110 low emission vehicles including EVs and fuel-cell-powered vehicles were exhibited. Many families with children were also seen, as the visitors could sit and enjoy the driver's seat of the exhibited New "Super Great". The sunny weather of both exhibiting days helped boost the total visiting numbers up to total of 95,000 visitors which was the highest ever: on Saturday 5th, 44,000 and Sunday 6th, 51,000 visitors.
